ALL:

• Send "Try DI" Grant info to ANY / ALL of your connections who may be interested in applying to start a DI program!
• Send any promotions / social media ideas to Ginger
• Send any shirt design ideas or future pin design ideas to Becky & Meredith

Regional Directors:

• Reach out to ALL Coordinators in your region; welcome them back!
• Reach out to RCMs.  If you need list, contact Ted/Betsy.  If you need to line-up a new RCM contact Betsy & the ACM for that challenge
• Important: Work on RECRUITMENT!! Use the lists Ted shared with you to reach out to schools / community groups with DI info

• Read your challenge and let Ted/Betsy know if you need any equipment for your challenge by Fall Board Meeting (Oct. 23)
• Assist Regional Directors in lining up RCMs 

• Deb, Betsy, Michelle, Andrew, Tonya
• Go through the DI HQ training for appraisers, and determine what supplemental material is required for our appraisers.
• Determine what the process is for appraisers completing Training
• Team & Team Manager Training?
